To do this, you have to spend at least two and a half hours. But most of the time the language is cooked for three hours. To check the readiness of meat, pierce it with a knife. The blade must fit freely into the pulp.
- Some people have problems with cleaning, although in fact everything is very simple. To do this, immediately after cooking, dip your tongue into the icy water for literally three minutes. The skin after this will come off by itself.
- It is better, if you add salt, pepper and bay leaves to the water thirty minutes before you are ready. Then the meat itself will have a spicy taste.

- Boiled tongue - 100 g
- champignons or other mushrooms - 80 g

- All components of the salad should be cut into cubes of the same size and mixed in a deep bowl.

Italian salad

Ingredients:
- language - 200 g
- beetroot - 150 g
- tomato - 1 pc.
- anchovies - 10 g
- lettuce leaves - celery root
- mayonnaise - 100 g
- salt and pepper
Procedure:
