Lubricate the duck with the resulting marinade. We leave the duck marinated for 4-6 hours in the refrigerator, or even better - at night. When the duck is marinated - we take it out of the refrigerator and continue cooking. Cut the apples into quarters, cut out the cores. Put the duck in the baking dish. We put some apples inside the duck (how much it will fit, we distribute the rest in the form for baking around the duck, bake for about 2 hours at 190 degrees, do not forget every half hour to water the duck formed in the form of juice and fat.) The apples baked together with the duck serve as a garnish. Apples baked inside the duck are very tasty, so we serve them without other treatment, but the apples that are baked near the duck should be cut into small slices to prepare a separate garnish. AEM to apple slices, a little fat from the baking dish (about 2 tablespoons), sugar and cinnamon. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes.
