1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Fry in sunflower oil, cut into half rings, onion and pepper, cut into cubes. 2. Cut the pike-perch into pieces 3-5 cm in size and place on a baking sheet. 3. To prepare the sauce, stir the cream, sour cream, salt and spices in a bowl. Lightly beat. 4. Sprinkle the walleye with fried onion and pepper, then pour the cooked sauce.
