Patties with rice and liver Lush, airy, soft and incredibly delicious brass pies filled with liver, rice and green onions! Such pies remain soft and on the second day after baking! Slim appetizing crust, perfect yeast dough, a lot of stuffing - that's what they are! We really liked it, I recommend! Milk is very tasty!
Ingredients:- Dry yeast 20 g
- Milk 0.5 liters
- Eggs of chicken 4 pcs.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Wheat Flour 1 kg
- Sugar 150g
- Sunflower refined oil 220 ml
- Pork liver 300 g
- Pork lung 300 g
- Steamed rice 200 g
- Green onions 1 bunch
- Onion purple 1 pc.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Salt 0.3 tsp.
- Step 1 Prepare yeast dough for pies to prepare pies with liver and rice.
- Step 2 While the dough is coming, prepare the pie filling. For the filling pre-cook until ready in the salted water to taste the pork liver (liver and lung), as well as steamed rice. Also prepare a green onion, violet (or onions) onions, sunflower refined oil, salt.
- Step 3 Chopped liver cut into small pieces.
- Step 4 We pass the liver through the meat grinder.
- Step 5 Onions are cleaned and grinded, fried in sunflower refined oil until transparent.

- Step 7 Stir and fry over medium heat for a few minutes, stirring all the time.
- Step 8 Next, pour into the liver rice. Stir the filling and fry for a few minutes.
- Step 9 Grind the green onions. Add to the filling.
- Step 10 Mix again and pour the pie filling into the bowl. The filling of liver, rice and green onions is ready!
- Step 11 The dough is divided into 25 pieces weighing 80-90 g each.
