- yoghurt - 1 1/2 cups
- olive oil - 2/3 Cups
- eggs - 3 pieces
- vanilla - 1 teaspoon
- flour - 2 1/2 cups
- powder for baking - 2 1/2 teaspoons
- soda - 3/4 Teaspoons
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- nutmeg - 1 piece (ground)
Preheat the oven to 180 °. Lubricate the baking pan with oil. Whisk yoghurt, olive oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla. Add flour, baking powder, soda, salt, nutmeg and mix to prevent lumps. Pour the dough into a baking dish, bake for 40-50 minutes. After that, let the cake cool for 10 minutes, before removing from the mold. The cake should be served warm or at room temperature.
