Twice a day use a special tool for the care of the neck and décolletage zone or a usual face cream (preferably with collagen and vitamin C), intended for normal or dry skin. Apply it correctly, directing movements from the bottom from the center upwards to the side surfaces of the neck, so as not to stretch the skin. In no case do not smear the cream with your hands - push it into the neck with the cushions of your half-bent fingers. This is more important than you think.

1. You need to sit up straight, lower your shoulders, raise your head and throw it back slightly. 5. Lower your head, let the pads of the index and middle fingers of your right hand feel the bony protrusion (the spinous process of the 7th cervical vertebra) where the back passes into the neck and the pit beneath it. Massively massage this area. Then find a little lower another outstanding vertebra (the first thoracic), as well as a pit beneath it and repeat the massage. 3. Stimulate the tip of the middle finger of the right hand in the center of the neck at the point where it passes into the chin. After clicking on the point, count to three, and then release, wait a bit and then try again.

Folk recipes:

1. Melt 2 tablespoons of honey in a water bath, pour in a little 2 tablespoons of flour and enter the egg yolk. Mix the resulting mixture, whisk and apply to face and neck for half an hour. Rinse with cool water.

2. Pour boiling water over 3 tablespoons of dry or fresh chamomile flowers, cool, mix the "steamed" (steamed flowers) with a tablespoon of honey, one yolk and a teaspoon of any vegetable oil (preferably olive oil). Apply the mixture on your face and neck with a cotton swab for 5-10 minutes. Do not allow drying!

3. Beneficial effect on the neck potato wrap, which should be kept for 20 minutes.

Boil potatoes in a uniform, peel it from the peel, mash with a teaspoon of olive oil and glycerin. If glycerin is not present, triple the dose of olive oil. And you can just mix the warm mashed potatoes with the beaten egg. Lay the mixture on a layer of multi-layered gauze, wrap it around your neck and cover it with parchment paper. Pull out your lips, tightly pressing the corners of your mouth to your teeth. Counting to 10, slowly begin to tighten the lips to the center. And now move the compressed lips 5 times to the left and right. Do you feel the muscles of the neck and chin tighten? Now you can relax and hold your hands in the face from the bottom up - this will help relieve tension.

Try to open your mouth and say a long "ah-ah," without stretching and not squeezing your lips at the same time. Happened? And now count in the mind to 15 and, without moving the jaws, slowly close your lips. You will not be able to do this until the end - the mouth will remain slightly ajar. You need to stay in this position, counting to 10. Then you can relax. Once the exercise is well mastered, repeat it 3 times a day.

Put your elbows on the table and, with your lips pressed together with a pipe, tighten the jaws tightly. It is necessary to move the closed fingers of the palms from below upwards along the jaw from both sides of the face. In doing so, do not forget to press lightly on the tensed muscles. Then you also need to massage your cheeks in the direction to your mouth. Closer to the end you need to squeeze your cheeks with your hands and count to 10. Relax. Slap your face and neck several times.

Down with the stress!

To the skin of the neck remained elastic and not amenable to age-related changes, one must hold high his head, maintaining a proud posture. Give such a "workout" for the neck at least 5 minutes in the morning and evening, repeating each element 7-10 times. If the order of the movements is not specified separately, then do them all from the top down: from the border of the growth of the hair to the shoulder joint. You do not need to squeeze the neck with the palms of the side and in front: there pass the most important vessels, after squeezing which you can cause loss of consciousness. And do not forget to watch the breath: it must be rhythmic, calm, without delay.

1. Lower your head forward, pulling the back muscles of your neck. Slowly tilt it back, pulling the front ones. Repeat 2 times. This exercise perfectly helps with the second chin!

2. Put your hands on the back of your head. Slowly lower your head and count to 10. Return to the starting position.

3. Grab your head from the top with the right hand (palm to the left in the area of ​​the crown and temple). Put your left hand down. Tilt your head to the right, pulling the neck muscles, and count to 10. Return to the starting position and repeat again, and then do the same in the other direction 2 times.

4. Do a wide and slow rotation of the head, stretching the muscles of the neck and shoulder girdle. After completing one turn clockwise, repeat the same thing against it - just 2 times. And try to move as smoothly as possible. So the load on the muscles will be greater.
