You can also prepare them in advance and simply freeze, so you will have the opportunity to enjoy them at any time! The most important thing in making punk cakes is not to mix the dough, so that they always turn out to be magnificent and airy. Traditionally, pancakes are served with maple syrup, but you can taste them with sour cream, condensed milk or jam. Bon Appetit!
Ingredients:- Wheat flour 1 tbsp.
- Kefir 200 ml
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Soda 0.5 tsp.
- Baking powder 1 tsp.
- Sugar 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt 0.5 pinch
- Olive oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To make pancakes, you will need flour, kefir, egg, sugar, salt, soda, baking powder and olive or vegetable oil.
- Step 2 Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and salt. Stir well, so that the soda dispersed evenly. You can prepare a dry mixture in the evening and leave it in the refrigerator for the night. Thus, punkcakes are even more magnificent.
- Step 3 Mix the liquid ingredients: kefir, egg and olive oil.
- Step 4 Pour the liquid mixture into a dry, and easy to mix. It is important not to mix too much, it depends on the airiness and splendor of punk-balls! Do not be afraid that there will be lumps, they themselves will be distributed according to the test in the frying pan! The dough should have a very thick consistency, like very fatty sour cream.
- Step 5 Preheat a large frying pan and cover it with oil. Spread the dough with a large spoon. Bubbles from soda will start to form and pancakes will rise. Do not cover the frying pan.
- Step 6 Turn the punkakes over, and fry another minute. On the second side, pancakes are fried faster, so be careful that they do not burn! Serve the pancakes hot!
