Zucchini and onions rub on a large grater, squeeze the juice through the cheesecloth, pour it, leave only the flesh. We shift the vegetables into a bowl, add egg, milk, flour, salt and pepper. We mix it well. Grease the pan with oil, spread out on it pancakes from our zucchini mixture. Bake for 15 minutes in a preheated oven to 190 degrees, then turn the pancakes and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Done! Serve with your favorite sauce.
