Beef ribs in wine

Beef ribs are washed, cut individually into ribs, let them dry. Ingredients : Instructions

Beef ribs are washed, cut individually into ribs, let them dry. Mix the flour, salt and pepper. In this mixture, we properly cut ribs. Fry the ribs on high heat until a ruddy crust is formed. As soon as the ribs are browned - remove them from the fire and put them into a baking dish with a lid. In the same oil, in which the meat is fried, fry finely chopped onions and garlic. When the onions and garlic will be transparent (it takes 2-3 minutes), add chopped mushrooms to the quarters. Fry, stirring, about 10 minutes. Then pour into the frying pan to the mushrooms wine and half a glass of broth (if broth is not - simple boiled water). Bring to a boil, then remove from the fire and pour the entire contents of the frying pan on the beef ribs. There we throw a couple of twigs of fresh thyme. We cover the form for baking with a lid and put it in the oven, heated to 180 degrees. 1 hour bake at 180 degrees, then reduce the temperature to 150 degrees and bake another 2 hours. Served with your favorite side dish - as for me, the perfect mashed potatoes. Bon Appetit!
