Brewing tea, we must remember a few simple rules.

Water for tea can not be boiled twice. Fill in the teapot is better not boiling boiling water, and slightly cooled after boiling water temperature of 60-80 degrees. Before you put tea in the teapot, it must be warmed, otherwise the water, poured into cold dishes, will cool and brewing tea will go wrong. It is necessary to make sure that the kettle is warmed evenly, from all sides. This can be done by rinsing it with boiling water. Ideally, if the kettle is heated to the same temperature as the water that you are going to pour into it.

Green tea can be brewed several times, and every time the drink will have a different taste. In the first brew, pour water on about a third of the volume of the kettle. Fill the water, close the kettle with a lid as soon as possible and cover it with a napkin or towel, so that the aromatic oils do not evaporate. The time of tea brewing depends on the hardness of the water and is from 2 to 10 minutes. The first welding is about 2 minutes. After 3-4 minutes, you can repeat the tea leaves. Now you need to pour water to half a teapot and brew tea 3-4 minutes. With the third pouring, boiling water is poured into 3/4 of the volume, it is insisted for 2 minutes and the brewer is filled with water up to the top.

A sign of proper brewing is the appearance of foam. It should be stirred with a metal spoon to make it enter the tea broth. If the foam has an unpleasant smell, it is removed. After that, the drink can be poured into cups. It is better to prepare a decoction of the desired fortress at once, in order not to boil it with boiling water.

For all the usefulness of green tea, we must remember that drinking it does not cost more than half a liter a day. Green tea invigorates no worse than coffee, so it should not be consumed at night. In the tea you can add a little sugar (the main thing here is not to overdo it, otherwise excessive sweetness will kill the taste and aroma of the drink), but it is better to drink it with a snack with sweets such as honey and raisins.
