Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. In a food processor combine flour together, 1/4 cup sugar, baking powder and salt. Add the oil and mix. In a small bowl, beat the buttermilk and egg yolk. Slowly pour the egg mixture into the bowl of the food processor to the flour mixture and mix. Put the dough on a lightly floured work surface and sprinkle on top with raspberries. Knead three times. Cut the dough into squares of 5x5 cm. Place the buns on two baking trays at a distance of about 5 cm from each other and sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar on top. Bake until golden brown, from 15 to 18 minutes. Allow the buns to cool in the oven. Serve warm or at room temperature.
