- cream cheese - 230 Grams
- Butter - 1/4 cup
- garlic - 2 Teeth (ground with salt)
- Thyme - 1 Teaspoon (finely chopped)
- parsley - 1 st. spoon (finely chopped)
- salt - 1 pinch
- black pepper - 1 pinch
Put the cheese and butter in the cups. Allow to stand for a while at room temperature. Finely chop the garlic and mix it with salt. Add the garlic mixture to the cheese. Mix the cheese and butter until smooth. Add the greens and mix. Season to taste and cool before serving.
