Caviar from mushrooms Probably many of us are now in the freezer collected mushrooms in the fall. And potatoes, fried with mushrooms, already ate, and mushroom soup was tasted, and pies roasted. What else can you cook with mushrooms? Prepare the mushroom caviar. This dish is a real find: caviar can be spread on toasts and sandwiches, used as a filling for vegetables and baking or as a semi-finished product for the preparation of sauces and soups-mashed potatoes. And you can just eat spoons - it's really delicious! If there are no blanks in the house, but the mushroom roe wants, buy the usual mushrooms or oyster mushrooms in the store, it will not be less delicious. But the forest mushrooms must be boiled for 15-20 minutes before cooking, after pouring water. Mushroom caviar is also good because it can be stored in a refrigerator in a clean glass bowl for a long time. And if you do not want to bother with it every time, then cook more, divide into portions and freeze. At the right time, you can simply get a briquette from the freezer and unfreeze it in the microwave.
Ingredients:- Mushrooms champignons 500 g
- Onion 2 pcs.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt 2 pinch
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Step 1 For cooking caviar, we take mushrooms, 2-3 onions, garlic, vegetable oil and spices.
- Step 2 Champignons washed and cut large.
- Step 3 Peel the onion and cut into half rings.
- Step 4 Preheat 2-3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and fry the onion until it is clear. Then put the onions in a bowl.
- Step 5 In the same frying pan fry the mushrooms, adding a pinch of salt.
- Step 6 Fry the mushrooms 10-15 minutes before evaporation of excess liquid.
- Step 7 Then mushrooms with onion grind in a blender in a homogeneous mass.
- Step 8 Add the squeezed garlic through the press - mix everything well.
- Step 9 Add salt and black ground pepper to taste.
