Cut the turkey fillets into small pieces and fry the frying pan for 5-7 minutes. Eggplants cut into cubes, salt and leave for 20 minutes. Then rinse them to remove any bitterness. Prepared eggplant in oil for 10 minutes. Once they are ready, pour them into the pan. Peel potatoes, and cut into cubes, fry in a frying pan for about 5 minutes. After that, put it in a saucepan. Meat is also transferred to vegetables, and add the chopped greens there. To the meat, add a clove of garlic and chili pepper. Tomatoes are covered with boiling water and peeled. Then cut them into cubes. Onion finely cut and fry in vegetable oil until the golden shade. After that, add to it tomatoes, canned in your own bowl, and simmer for 4 minutes. Once everything is ready, transfer the onion into the pan to the rest of the products, add the remaining greens, garlic, spices and simmer for 15 minutes. All mixing and remove from heat.
