Ingredients:- Chicken fillet 200g
- Loaf of 200 g
- Iceberg salad 200 g
- Cheese Parmesan 50 g
- Garlic 1 clove
- Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Mustard 2 tsp.
- Garlic 1 clove
- Lemon 0.5 pcs.
- Olive oil 100 ml
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Black pepper powder 3 tsp.
- Step 1 For this salad take: chicken fillet, parmesan, bunch of lettuce leaves, 1/2 part of a loaf, a couple cloves of garlic, eggs, olive oil, half a lemon, mustard and salt, pepper.
- Step 2 Mix 5 tablespoons oil with 1 clove of extruded garlic. Stir and leave for 15 minutes.
- Step 3 Cut the loaf into small cubes.
- Step 4 Fry pieces of the loaf in oil with garlic until golden brown.
- Step 5 Now chop the chicken fillets into large pieces.
- Step 6 Fry the fillet until golden. Salt and pepper.
- Step 7 Make a dressing for the salad. To do this, boil 2 eggs (cook for 7 minutes from the boiling point), separate the yolks and grate them with mustard. Squeeze a clove of garlic and mix again.
- Step 8 Then add olive oil and juice to the bowl of half a lemon. Stir thoroughly with whisk.
- Step 9 Parmesan cut into thin strips, or grate on grater.
- Step 10 Tear the salad with your hands, lay it on the plates.
- Step 11 On the salad, lay the fillets and croutons.
