- Eggs - 5-6 pieces

- Vegetable oil - 100 Milliliters

We put the eggs hard boiled. In the meantime, prepare the sauce - mix sugar, soy sauce and juice of half a lemon. The resulting sauce is put on the fire and boiled over low heat until the sugar is completely dissolved. In a suitable stewpan or ladle, we warm up 100 ml of butter, throw the chopped onions into rings and fry until red. Then we remove the onion by means of a noise and transfer it to a plate. Boiled eggs are cleaned from the shell, we cool to room temperature, and then fry in the same oil, where the bow was just roasted. Fry for 2-3 minutes, until a strong crust on the eggs. It remains only to submit beautifully - cut the eggs into 4 parts and put them on the fried onions, we pour the whole thing on the prepared sauce and sprinkle with herbs. If desired, add a little bit of hot pepper. Done! :)
