We are preparing a holiday cake "Little Ponies" A festive cake is one of the main attributes of the child's birthday. The ritual of blowing out candles and making wishes is like magic, and if even the cake itself contains something that is beloved and attractive, then the delight of the little man has no limit. This cake I baked for the birthday granddaughter. In his decoration used figures pony from Ponyville - the heroes of a cartoon favorite by many children. Recipes of cakes and creams are taken from known sources, but the idea of the cake and its components is completely my imagination. The cake consists of sour cream on condensed milk, two types of cream: marshmallow and mascarpone, decorated with ponies from marzipan.
Ingredients:- Cheese Mascarpone 250 g
- Boiled condensed milk 0.5 jar
- Chocolate white 200 g
- Cream 100 ml
- Butter 50 g
- Marzipan 400g
- Sugar powder 1 tbsp. l.
- Food coloring 6 g
- Sugar pencil 6 pcs.
- Beze 5 pcs.
- Coconut shaving 2 tbsp. l.
- Soda 1 tsp.
- Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l.
- Wheat flour 2 tbsp.
- Condensed milk 0.5 jar
- Sugar 1 tbsp.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Sour cream 200 g
- Butter 180 g
- Sour cream 100 g
- Zephyr 250 g
- Step 1 For the cakes we need flour, sour cream, eggs, condensed milk, sugar.
- Step 2 First we beat the eggs with sugar.
- Step 3 Add to the sugar and egg mixture sour cream, condensed milk and whisk again.
- Step 4 Gasime soda lemon juice, add to the mixture, sift the flour and knead a thin dough.
- Step 5 The Polaris Multivar was used for baking the cake. Set the mode "Baking" for 1 hour. With the help of a basket for steaming the cakes are extracted and to turn a ruddy crust from the upper side we turn and bake for 10 minutes at a temperature of 120 degrees on the Multigape.

- Step 13 Put the third cake and grease it with the remaining marshmallow cream.
- Step 14 Close the cake with a top cake. We put the cake in the refrigerator.
- Step 15 Cooking ganache from white chocolate. We cut the chocolate bars into crumbs.
- Step 16 Bring 35% cream to a boil, but do not boil. Fill them with chocolate and give the opportunity to melt.
- Step 17 Whisk the chocolate with cream, when cooling, add the oil at room temperature.
- Step 18 Put the pieces of foil under the bottom cake to keep a clean plate. Fill the cake with white ganash, smooth it with a hair dryer at medium temperature and low speed.
- Step 19 Sprinkle the surface of the cake with green coconut shavings.
- Step 20 Set on the surface of the cake pre-fashioned figures of ponies from marzipan. We add as a decoration a multicolored fine meringue. We give the cake to freeze and we can congratulate the child on the holiday.
