Strawberry dessert This light weightless, like a cloud, dessert is made from frozen strawberries. In its structure, it resembles an elastic mousse or a dense but delicate soufflé. Taste - pronounced strawberry. Preparing the dessert is easy. Especially such "sweets" like children. Strawberry mass keeps the shape well, which allows you to cut out any shape from the finished layer. You can also use this dessert as a layer for a gentle cake or cakes. The form must necessarily be covered with paper. Silicone molds, without the use of paper, in this case are not suitable.
Ingredients:- Strawberries, frozen 200 g
- Sugar powder 150 g
- Gelatine 15 g
- Lemon 40 g
- Step 1 Put defrosted strawberries, allocated juice to preserve. Prepare sugar powder, gelatin, lemon.
- Step 2 Stir the strawberry together with the juice whipped with a blender in puree.
- Step 3 Add the gelatin. Leave it for 5-10 minutes to allow the gelatin to swell.
- Step 4 Add the powdered sugar, juice of half a lemon and lightly heat the mass over a small fire, stirring occasionally. Do not boil! The mixture should become homogeneous.
- Step 5 Allow to cool slightly and mix with a mixer at high speed. Beat for about 5 minutes until the mass increases in volume and brightens.
- Step 6 Then pour it into a form, covered with parchment paper, and put it on the refrigerator for several hours.
- Step 7 Carefully remove from the mold.
- Step 8 Remove the paper and cut into slices.
