Just try not to believe in the most common myths about a career.

1) Leaving the office of the latter is the right way to increase.
Many mistakenly believe that such a demonstration of responsibility and dedication to the common cause will be beneficial. In fact, most managers believe that those employees who remain after work without special need simply do not have time to do their work during the day. Then a logical question arises: what did you do at a time when your colleagues were doing their job? Do you have the skills to quickly cope with their duties? In every company there are times when all or several employees are forced to stay a few days in a row, but this should not become your habit.

2) You have to be like everyone else.

If you are inconspicuous against the background of other employees, then those who have somehow made themselves felt and showed their abilities will be promoted. 3) The boss is always right.
A very common statement, with which we are accustomed to agree. Indeed, it is very difficult and often unprofitable to argue with superiors. 4) No dress code, no rules.
Their rules are in every company, but the hard dress code is not registered in all. When a career depends only on your relationship with the boss, you can only sympathize. In the end, he will find a more interesting replacement for you, and your reputation will not be restored.
