Ingredients:
- pike - 1 piece
- sunflower oil - 2 items. spoons
- seasonings for fish - 20 Grams
- garlic - 7 teeth
- peas of sweet pepper - 6 pieces
- bay leaves - 2 pieces
- lemon, juice - 1 piece
Stewed pike is a delicious and delicate dish. Serve stewed pike with boiled potatoes and fresh vegetables. Preparation: Clean and rinse well with pike. Cut into small pieces and put into a deep frying pan. Sprinkle the pike with fish seasoning, add bay leaf, fragrant peppercorns, a little salt, chopped garlic, sunflower oil, 1 glass of water and lemon juice. Mix well all ingredients and put marinade in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight. Put the frying pan with fish on the fire and bring to a boil. Then reduce the heat, cover the frying pan with a lid and simmer for 40 minutes. Remove the frying pan from the heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Then immediately submit to the table.
