Chop the green pepper and fry it in 1 tbsp. a spoonful of cream and in 2 tbsp. spoons of olive oil. Break into a bowl of 6 large eggs. Pour 1/4 cup of milk and add 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil, salt and pepper to taste. Beat the eggs. Pour the egg mixture into the pan to the green pepper. Top with boiled noodles. From time to time, whip Fritatu with a shovel to avoid burning. We continue to cook for 5 minutes.
