Ingredients:

• Potatoes 500 g
• Breadcrumbs 4 tbsp. l.
• Butter 20 g
• Olive oil 1 tbsp. l.
• Onion white 1 pc.
• Frozen peas 200 g
• Carrot 300 g
• Beef minced 300 g
• Milk 50 ml
• Ground nutmeg 1 tsp.
• Tomato sauce 2 tbsp. l.

Instructions

• Step 1 You will need potatoes, carrots, half a bulb, frozen green peas, ground beef, breadcrumbs, nutmeg, a little milk, cream and olive oil.
• Step 2 Peel the potatoes and boil them in salt water. Then cook the mashed potatoes, adding a little milk and nutmeg to the potatoes.
• Step 3 At this time, fry the onion over medium heat, in a small amount of olive oil.
• Step 4 Rub the carrot and add it to the onion, simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
• Step 5 After a few minutes, add minced meat, and a little white wine (if desired) or water. Stew with the lid closed on medium heat.
• Step 6 Add the frozen green peas, continue to simmer with the lid closed.
• Step 7 When the peas become soft, add a tablespoon of tomato sauce or pasta. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes. The liquid should evaporate, the filling should not be too watery. Salt and pepper to taste.
• Step 8 Lubricate the form with butter and cover with breadcrumbs. Lay out the filling layer.
• Step 9 Put the finished mashed potatoes on top (using a spoon or in droplets as you like). You can use a culinary bag or syringe, with various nozzles. Sprinkle on top with breadcrumbs and put a few peas of butter.
• Step 10 Bake at 200 ° C for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Before serving, allow the casserole to stand until the mashed potatoes have settled.
