- egg - 1 piece (beat up)
- bread crumbs - 3/4 Cups
- Basil - 6 Teaspoons
- pepper - 1/4 teaspoons
- salmon - 200 Grams
- carrots - 1/2 Pieces
- cheese - 1/4 cup
- mayonnaise - 2 items. spoons
- sour cream - 1 st. a spoon
- lemon peel - 1 teaspoon
- leaf lettuce - 3 pieces
- rye bread - 3 Slices (toasted)
Finely chop the carrots. In a large bowl, mix the egg, breading, 4 teaspoons of basil and pepper. Add the salmon, carrots and cheese. Mix. Form a mixture of 3 cutlets. Put the patties on a lightly oiled frying pan. Fry for about 2 minutes, until light brown. Turn over and fry another 4 minutes. Meanwhile, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, 2 teaspoons of basil and lemon zest. Lay the lettuce leaves on each slice of toasted bread. Put on top of the cutlet from salmon and cooked sauce. Serve with slices of tomato, if necessary.
