- meat broth - 250 milliliters
- small apple - 1 piece
- mustard - 1 teaspoon
- lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- cream - 2 items. spoons
- olive oil - 4 items. spoons
Curry sauce perfectly suits dishes of oriental cuisine. It also fits well with lamb and poultry dishes. Preparation: Grind onion and garlic. Heat olive oil in a frying pan, add onion and garlic, fry over low heat. Add the flour, stir and fry for 2 minutes. Remove the frying pan from the fire. Pour in the broth and add the curry powder. Stir and bring the sauce to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes. Add the peeled and grated apple. Add mustard and lemon juice, mix. At the end, add cream. Serve the sauce hot.
