Violet onion can be replaced with onion, but still it gives a pleasant pink tint when roasting apples and to taste softer and milder than the onion!
Ingredients:- Chicken mince 600 g
- Apple 2 pcs.
- Onion purple 1 pc.
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Corn flour 5 tbsp. l.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 100 ml
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Step 1 For the preparation of chicken cutlets with apples, we need chicken mince, apples, purple onion, garlic, chicken egg, corn flour, salt, black ground pepper, refined sunflower oil.
- Step 2 Onions and apples are cleaned, cut into small, neat cubes. Fry the onion in refined sunflower oil, then add the cubes of apples and fry together until the onion is soft. Onion stains apples and the whole roasting becomes pink!
- Step 3 Add minced chopped garlic, cooled apple-onion roasting, drive the egg.
- Step 4 Mix the forcemeat, salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly again.
- Step 5 We form small round cutlets. We pour them in corn flour from all sides.
- Step 6 Fry in sunflower oil on both sides until it is ready.
- Step 7 Such cutlets can be served in a hot or already cooled form, with a sauce, salad or other garnish to your liking.
