- Tofu - 500 Grams

- Chili powder - 1 teaspoon
- Sesame oil - 2 teaspoons
- Sugar - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
- Green onions - 1 Piece
In a small bowl, mix all the ingredients for the sauce - everything except tofu. Cut a piece of tofu cheese first in half, then each halve - into several slices about 1 cm thick. Each slice of tofu should be dried on a paper towel so that excess moisture is absorbed. Warm up a wide frying pan with a little oil. We spread the slices of tofu. Cook on medium heat for about 2 minutes on each side - until slightly golden in color. Then evenly distribute the sauce prepared by us on slices of tofu. We cook another 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Done! You can serve both cold and hot.
