We put into the water pieces of salmon fillet, there we add whole garlic and cilantro leaves. Boil until fish are ready. Cut champignons fry together with finely chopped onions and greens of coriander. We make stuffing for pancakes - we knead the salmon with a fork and mix it with fried mushrooms. If desired, you can add more fresh cilantro. We wrap our stuffing in rice pancakes, then lightly (2-3 minutes) fry them in a frying pan in soy sauce. We serve the table hot. Bon Appetit!
