- bread crumbs - 2 Cups
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- olive oil - 3 teaspoons
- chicken breast - 2 pieces (cut into wide strips)
- soy sauce - 2 items. spoons (for sauce)
- garlic powder - 1/2 Teaspoon (for sauce)
- garlic powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
- black pepper - 1/4 teaspoons
- water - 2 items. spoons
- ketchup - 1/2 cups (for sauce)
- Sesame oil - 1 teaspoon
1. Soak 12 wooden skewers in warm water for 20 minutes while you chop the chicken and prepare the gas grill. 2. In a large bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Add the olive oil and water. 3. Cut each chicken breast into 6 longitudinal pieces. Put the pieces in the previously prepared mixture (step 2) and set aside in the refrigerator for 20 minutes. 4. In a small bowl, mix the ingredients for the Manchu sauce and set aside. 5. Put the chicken breasts on the skewers and fry over an open fire for 5 minutes on each side. Serve with a Manchurian sauce.
