Then both of you must stretch the neck and lower back, that is, the maximum to bend forward, while the head should be raised and the gaze is directed upwards.
3. Breathe deeply through your nose and gently pull your partner by the hands. Also, it should slightly deviate in the opposite direction, so that the chest opens even better. Fix the pose and make 5 deep breaths and exhalations.
4. Slowly return to the starting position. Mark your right foot in the same place, your partner should do the same. Then repeat this exercise with your left foot. Make sure that you and your partner breathe in sync.
If you are prone to seasonal allergies, then this position can help you significantly. It helps to open the chest, relieve tension, improve patency and immunity, respiratory system. After all, yoga is created for every woman.
But this position is not recommended for people who are currently at risk of allergies, also if increased or decreased blood pressure.

The lower part of the hands should be very tense to support you. Breathe deeply and in a measured manner. Fix the pose for 30-90 seconds. 3. On exhalation, return to the starting position, slowly lower your knees to the floor and open your fingers. Breathe in a measured manner. If necessary, you can repeat the movement.
