Garlic-creamy chicken The recipe is simple enough to prepare and with a minimal set of products that are always at hand. But, despite the simplicity, the meat turns out to be very tasty and fragrant. The main thing is to let the meat marinate and do not rush to send to the oven. I usually cook chicken thighs or shanks so, but the breast and the wings will suit. Cream of any other dairy is better not to replace, and garlic not to regret (how many portion pieces - so many cloves of garlic).
Ingredients:- Chicken Thigh 5 pcs.
- Garlic 5 denticles
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp.
- Cream 150 ml
- Soy sauce 100 ml
- Step 1 For cooking, you need chicken thighs, garlic, soy sauce, 10% cream, black pepper. I take thighs without bones, but, so to speak, at will - you can bone and not take out. Tooth cloves we take large, the number of cloves of garlic is equal to the number of thighs.
- Step 2 Wash the chicken thighs. Each piece is rubbed with a clove of garlic, and we distribute garlic in meat, as if rubbing it. Sprinkle with pepper. Leave the minutes at 10.
- Step 3 Fill all with soy sauce. We marinue for 2 hours.
- Step 4 Stir well into the garlic-soy marinade and pour the cream. We marinue for another 2 hours.
- Step 5 Put tightly together in a baking dish (do not lubricate the mold), turning the edges of the pieces so that the garlic is inside.
- Step 6 Fill everything with the remaining marinade.
