1. Soak gelatin with water and allow to swell for 5 minutes. 2. Cream, sugar and vanillin in a small saucepan bring to a boil to allow the sugar to dissolve. Remove from heat and mix with gelatin. 3. Whip the yogurt until complete homogeneity, then add the gelatin mixture and beat again. 4. Pour the resulting mass into 6 cups (it will be half the glass) and put in the cold for a minimum of 3 hours. 5. Prepare the strawberry jelly as indicated on the sachet by the manufacturer, but add a little less water than indicated to make the jelly really thick. 6. Decorate each serving with a whole strawberry berry with an apple stem, slightly immersing it in the jelly. Put in the cold until completely hardened. A chic dessert is ready.
