To begin with, we cut the zucchini into half-rings. Finely chop the garlic. In the saucepan we warm up the olive oil. For one minute, fry garlic on medium heat, then add zucchini and fry for 3 more minutes. Then pour the vegetables with two glasses of hot water, bring the water to a boil, reduce the heat and cook for another 4 minutes. Half the vegetables are poured into the bowl of the blender together with the broth and crushed to homogeneity. The resulting mass is poured into the remaining vegetables, mixed - and everything, zucchini sauce is ready. Chicken fillet fry in olive oil. Approximately 4-5 minutes on each side - then the meat will be ready, but not overdried. Spread the roasted chicken fillet on the plate and pour the zucchini sauce. The dish is ready :)
