- Olive oil - 1 st. a spoon
- Garlic - 1 Tooth
- Tomato puree - 700 Grams (mashed tomatoes)
- Tomato paste - 200 Grams
- Sugar - 1/2 Art. spoons
- Dry spices - 2 items. spoons (basil, oregano)
- Salt - - To taste
In a large saucepan, warm olive oil, fry in it finely chopped or squeezed garlic for 2 minutes on medium heat until the appearance of a characteristic garlic flavor. Add tomato puree to the pan (you can buy ready-made, you can rub the tomatoes yourself) and tomato paste, as well as sugar, salt and desired spices. On medium fire bring the sauce to a boil. When the sauce boils, reduce the fire to a minimum and weigh the sauce for another 10 minutes under the lid. Pizza sauce is ready!
