The recipe for the chips from the radish was born unexpectedly, as a result of my culinary experiment. Just at home there was a huge amount of radish (May-month, after all), and I did not know what to make of it, in addition to the traditional salad. I tried to make chips from a radish. You know, it turned out quite original! :) Of course, it's delicious I would not call these chips, but for the sake of variety and interest they can be cooked. They parted from us at the moment - well, what else had they photographed :) So, how to make chips from radish: 1. Cut radish with a sharp knife and cut into thin slices. 2. Cut radish into a small saucepan, pour water, bring to a boil and cook for another 4-5 minutes after boiling. Then we throw it back to the colander. 3. In the deep fat fryer or heavy saucepan, we warm up the oil. 4. Throw the radish slices into boiling oil and fry about 8-10 minutes until deep brown. 5. Put fried chips on a paper napkin to absorb excess fat. Before serving, chips from the radish should be added. That's all, chips from the radishes are ready :) Hrum-hrum!
