- thick cream - 1 glass
- white sugar - 2 1/2 Art. spoons
- unsweetened cocoa powder - 2 1/2 Art. spoons
For cooking in a food processor: place whipping cream, pure vanilla extract, white sugar granules and cocoa powder in a food processor with a shaking aid and turn it on for about 3 minutes or until a thick foam forms. Use immediately. To prepare with a mixer: place whipping cream, pure vanilla extract, white sugar granules and cocoa powder in a large bowl and mix until smooth. Cover with a lid and put the bowl in the cold, cool for at least 30 minutes. When it cools, beat until a thick foam forms. Use immediately.
