1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Place peanuts evenly on a baking sheet and fry until it darkens, for about 10 minutes. Shake the peanuts in the middle of the cooking time, so that it is evenly fried. 2. Put the peanuts in the bowl of the food processor and grind it for 5 minutes. 3. Add cocoa powder, sugar, salt and 2 tablespoons peanut butter to the food processor and continue mixing for about 1 minute until a uniform consistency is obtained. Add more salt if needed. Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of peanut butter if the mixture seems too thick. 4. Transfer the prepared paste into a container or jar, tightly close and store in a refrigerator for up to 1 week.
