- Fat - 1 Glass
- brown sugar - 2 cups
- eggs - 3 pieces
- sour milk - 1 glass
- vanilla extract - 1 teaspoon
- flour - 3 Cups
- baking powder - 1 teaspoon
- soda - 1 teaspoon
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- ground cinnamon - 1 teaspoon
- oat flakes - 2 Cups
- crushed walnuts - 1 glass
- raisins - 1 glass
- semisweet chocolate chips - 1 glass
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Lubricate the tray. In a large bowl, beat the fat and sugar until a light and fluffy mass is obtained. While continuing to whisk add eggs one by one, then add vanilla and sour milk. Mix the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon, gradually add to the cream mixture. Finally, add oat flakes. Put the rounded spoons on the prepared baking sheets. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes in a preheated oven. Allow the liver to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then put it on the grill to cool completely.
