Cookies are crushed in a blender, as small as possible, add cocoa, water and mix thoroughly. It should be a well-massed mass. Now make a coconut layer. Intensively stir the shavings, softened butter, sugar powder and liquor with a blender. Begin grinding with coconut chips and gradually add the rest of the ingredients. We cover the working surface with baking paper, distribute the chocolate mass on it and spread it out in the form of a large rectangle, approximately 20 by 25 cm in size. Apply coconut cream to the chocolate layer and again level it. With paper, roll the roll, starting with the narrower side. We lay the seam down, wrap it in food film and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. When the roll is ready, cut it into a lot of small rolls and serve it cold. Bon Appetit!
