Rice with fish in the oven Sometimes the originality of one or another recipe surprises with its ingenuity. Here in this recipe, we mixed long-known ingredients and as a result received an extravagant dish. As an addition to rice, it is pollock, but any other white fish will do. The main thing that it was not greasy. By the way, any white fish has the lowest fat content and is concentrated mainly in the liver. For frequent it is not eaten. But the white fish fillets are appreciated for their softness and tenderness. By the way, to make the fish as tasty as possible, remember that it should be cooked quickly. For every 2.5 centimeters of fish fillet, 10 minutes of cooking time is required. But this applies to fresh fish. A frozen product requires twice as long to prepare.
Ingredients:- Long grain rice 200 g
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Pollock 300 g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 4 tbsp. l.
- Soy sauce 2 tbsp. l.
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Pepper spicy 2 pcs.
- Green onions 1 bunch
- Cilantro fresh 1 bunch
- Lemon 1 pc.
- Step 1 For this dish you will need such products: white fish fillets, long-grain rice, coriander, bitter green pepper, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, vegetable oil.
- Step 2 Rinse well (until the water becomes clear), fill with water at a rate of 1: 2, salt and put on a strong fire. Rice bring to a boil, reduce heat and cook for 6 minutes. Then discard the rice in a colander.
- Step 3 Cilantro, green onions and peppers rinse and dry with napkins. Peel the garlic. Part of cilantro and green onions to postpone. Bitter pepper in half, remove from it seeds and a white part.
