This dish is prepared very simply, but it can easily become your favorite, especially if you like broccoli! The main tastes give smoked bacon and garlic, tomatoes add a juicy dish, but, nevertheless, the main role in this dish is played by broccoli - thanks to it the dish looks bright, beautiful and also becomes vitamin and useful!
Ingredients:- Conquellette 300 g
- Pork breast smoked 200 g
- Tomatoes 6 pcs.
- Broccoli cabbage 200 g
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Thyme (Thyme) dry 1 g
- Salt 2 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 0.5 tsp.
- Olive oil 50 ml
- Step 1 To prepare the recipe, we will need: pasta in the form of small shells (konkilette), broccoli, not large tomatoes, garlic, smoked bacon, olive oil, salt, black pepper, thyme.
- Step 2 We disassemble the broccoli on the inflorescence.
- Step 3 Rinse and throw in boiling salted water, cook for 3-5 minutes. In parallel, we put the pasta on, slightly adding water.
- Step 4 Drain the water and immediately shift the finished broccoli into cold water so that the cabbage does not lose its color.
- Step 5 Tomatoes and cut into quarters.
- Step 6 Cut the smoked bacon into thin slabs.
- Step 7 Fry the bacon in a small amount of olive oil.
- Step 8 Add the tomatoes.
- Step 9 Salt, pepper, sprinkle with dry thyme. Stir and fry for five minutes.
- Step 10 With the broccoli, drain the water, pour out the cabbage into the skins to the rest of the products.
- Step 11 Rinse the boiled water with a small amount of water, pour into the frying pan.
- Step 12 Mix, warm for a few minutes on low heat, remove the frying pan from the fire and immediately serve with a broccoli, tomato and smoked bacon to the table in a hot form.
