Very satisfying! Poppy is added in a small but optimally quantity to be noticeable and palpable in taste. Milk for pancakes must be taken fresh, this is important. When the dough for pancakes will be thick as sour cream, that is, about half of the milk mixture will be added, it is necessary to mix thoroughly, to whip the dough to achieve a smooth and homogeneous test without lumps. Then you can pour the rest of the milk with the eggs. The dough should be left to stand a little, so that the flour is properly dispensed. As a cream, take a custard, but you can also safely use your favorite, proven recipe. Before interlaying it is desirable that the cream and pancakes are of the same temperature. Ready pie must be covered with a large inverted bowl, so that the cream does not become airborne.
Ingredients:- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
