Veal baked in cowberry sauce I suggest baking veal pieces in the oven in foil, pre-marinated in onions and lingonberries. Onion is practically a classic for any kind of meat, and natural acid berries cranberries are great for veal, making it more friable and juicy. Which pepper to choose? If you prefer a pungent taste, then choose cubebe or black pepper, if you only need fragrance, then fragrant, and if you want moderately pungent, piquant and aromatic taste, then green or pink. It is best to use freshly ground or crushed peppercorns. Baked veal can be served as a hot dish, for example with a garnish of fried potatoes with green beans and sauces to taste. Just tasty baked veal and in a cold form in salads or sandwiches.

- Step 1 To prepare the dish, prepare a piece of veal, fresh or frozen lingonberries, onions and pink peppers.
- Step 2 To prepare the marinade, cut the onion into pieces and place along with the berries and pink pepper in a blender glass with high-speed knives (or a container for a submerged blender).
- Step 3 Grind the onions, cranberries and peppers at medium speeds in cycles for 30 seconds until a mushy mass is obtained.

- Step 6 Start baking veal in a preheated oven to 220 or 250 ° C for 15 minutes, and then reduce the heat to 180-200 ° C and bake until done at the rate of 20-25 minutes for 500 g veal.
- Step 7 After removing from the oven, let meat 15 minutes "rest" from high temperatures, then unfold the foil and cut into portions.
