Instead of tomato juice - take 2.5 - 3 liters of water, cabbage (the same as for soup), 5-7 bulbs (medium), a couple of tomatoes, Bulgarian pepper (1 pc.) And spices to taste. Celery can be added any - stems or tufts of greens, not important. Proportion - or 2 stems or one bunch of greens.
By analogy with the first option, we cut it finely and fill it with water. On high fire bring to a boil. How to boil - close the lid and cook for another 15 minutes.
Celery soup

- (14) day - soup, vegetables and cook brown rice. We eat everything, you determine the quantity yourself.
During the diet, do not forget that you must strictly adhere to certain rules. Completely exclude sugar, salt, sweet, pickled, floury, carbonated drinks (even buy mineral water without gases).
