Again, stir well. We sift into our mass flour and baking powder. Next, you need to knead a not too thick dough. We take the form for baking, we grease it with oil. At the bottom put a little of our dough, then in the middle we put a couple of teaspoons of condensed milk, and on top we put the dough again. We do this procedure with all baking molds, after which we put them in a preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes. If after 25 minutes cupcakes have browned and have risen - means, it is ready.
