The recipe for the classic cake "Anthill"

Ingredients:
- Flour Extra Class - 3.5 cups
- Sugar - 0,5 cups
- Butter - 200 g + 200 g (for cream)
- Sour cream 200 g
- Soda - 0,5 tsp.
- Condensed milk condensate - 1 jar
- Chocolate black, white or milky to choose from - 1 tile
Preparation:
- In the sifted flour, add 200 g of butter, sugar, soda and fatty sour cream. You can add a pinch of salt, look at your own taste. Mix all the ingredients to form a dough. Pass it through the meat grinder to form long flour sticks, characteristic of the cake Anthill;
- The resulting test sticks are placed on a baking tray and sent to the oven, setting the temperature at 180 degrees for readiness;
- Prepare the cream while the slices are baked. In a container, mix the melted butter with boiled condensed milk and beat in a blender or in a hand-blender until smooth;
- Finished flour "sticks" rastolchite on medium pieces, to 1-2 centimeters and fill them with cream, mixing well;
- Put the almost ready cake of anthill in the refrigerator for 12-14 hours, so that it stiffens.
Cake anthill with walnuts or other nuts
There is nothing simpler than culinary fantasies with recipes for the cake "Anthill", because, in fact, nothing will change in its preparation, except for additional ingredients.
Ingredients: we take absolutely the same thing as when cooking the traditional dessert from the recipe above and add to this list walnuts, which it is desirable to crush into small pieces, but not to dust.
Preparation: everything is the same as in the recipe above. When you reach the filling of the cream with chopped slices, decorate this "work" with nut shavings in the amount you want to taste them.
Cake anthill from corn sticks
Probably, this dessert is the only one that can be made without a test at all. It will take three ingredients, 10 minutes of your time and another 3-4 hours of waiting, until the treat is frozen under the influence of the cold in the refrigerator.
Ingredients:
- Boiled condensed milk - 1 jar
- Butter - 200 g
- Corn sticks - 1 package (it is best to take milk, children's)
Preparation:
- Mix the condensed milk with butter in a blender to a homogeneous consistency;
- In a large bowl, sprinkle corn sticks. If they are too long you can divide them, and if everything suits you - pour cream, mix and shape the mound;
- Now this mound is put in the fridge for 4 hours, until the cream stops.
Probably, it would be more honest to call such a recipe of the Anthill - "for the lazy", because you do not spend efforts at its preparation at all.

Of course, the question here is not the finances that we spend while preparing an Anthill cake, but all the same.
