With a mixer or blender, beat up two eggs and sugar until a lush, light mass forms. We add a lemon zest to the mixture, continue to whisk. In the mass we add cottage cheese, mix well, but do not whip. Pour starch into the mixture, stir (if there is no starch - you can add 70 grams of flour). The dough is ready. We spread it into a baking dish, greased with butter, and sprinkle with raspberries on top. We put in an oven heated up to 180 degrees - and bake 50 minutes. Before serving, cool a little and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
