Mix the sifted flour in the container, the walnuts shredded in the blender, grated zest and butter. Fingers mix everything in a crumb. Add 3 egg yolks to the mixture and very quickly knead the dough for the cottage cheese. You will get a ball like this. We wrap it in a food film and send it to the refrigerator for 30 minutes. After half an hour we divide the dough into two parts - 1/3 and 2/3. The part that is bigger, roll out and put in a baking dish - as shown in the photo. We put the form for baking in the oven and bake for 15 minutes at 180 degrees. Meanwhile, rub the cottage cheese with sour cream, add mango, sugar and small cubes of sliced apple. If desired, the apple can be replaced with a pear - it will not be worse, I tried it. Whisk the whites separately, and then gently mix with the curd mass. In the meantime, our base for the pie has already been baked. We get it from the oven. It should look something like the photo. On the baked dough, we evenly distribute our curd filling. From above decorate the pie with a mesh of the remaining dough - as in the photo. We bake for about 35 minutes at 180 degrees. Then lightly cool - and serve. Bon Appetit!
