Dexterity can be considered as a person's physical quality, which determines the success of the implementation of new movements and the effectiveness of all motor activity in general. Dexterity of movements gives any woman an attractiveness, unique elegance and charm. What determines dexterity? Can a person develop this physical quality by using any exercises?

The manifestation of agility largely depends on the whole variety of complex mental processes necessary to perform smooth and precise movements. This physical quality is unthinkable without the harmonious work of the auditory, visual and vestibular analyzers and the musculoskeletal system. Dexterity also largely depends on the speed and strength of a person and his stamina.

Agility as a person's physical quality can be fully developed with the help of certain exercises. To develop this quality, some exercises are used, providing for the implementation of movements with new, previously not performed elements. As an example of exercises for the development of agility can be considered: training the accuracy of reproduction of various movements of the whole body and its individual parts; the accuracy of falling into any object in a stationary or moving target; achievement of dynamic and static equilibrium; choice of the most optimal variant of the movement in a rapidly changing situation; the exercise of physical exercises using different starting points. Perfection of dexterity must be a constant and continuous process. The best exercise for the development of agility perform in the initial part of the class. Breaks between the exercises performed exercises should allow the human body to fully recover. In a separate lesson, you can use a small amount of such exercises, but in this case, you should often use them in the overall system of training.
