- Pasta tapenada - 2-3 Art. spoons
- Salt - 1 Teaspoon (to taste)
- Mixture of Provencal herbs - 1 teaspoon
- Breadcrumbs - 2-3 st. spoons
- Olive Oil - 50 Grams
- Ground pepper - 1 pinch
Purified and washed dorado slightly we shall discuss and we shall sow a mixture of Provençal herbs and salt. We'll postpone the fish for marinovki and we'll deal with tomatoes. Tomatoes scalded with boiling water, peeled. Cut into slices and sprinkle with pepper. Mix the tapenade with the breadcrumbs. We cover the baking sheet with baking paper. We spread the fish with the pasta with breadcrumbs and spread it on paper. On top of the fish lay a slice of tomato. We send the fish in a preheated to 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
