It has been established that almost 60% of information (like most animals) is obtained with the help of smell, mainly at the subconscious level. Smell - the most important argument in the formation of our picture of the surrounding world, the impression of the people around us. By the way, they judge us the same way. Each person has his own, individual smell, which is a mixture of synthetic and natural flavors, depends on the type of skin, temperament, eating habits and preferences, health and psyche, and even, say, the color of the hair. Make sure the unpleasant odor, if any, is associated with gastric or dental problems. If there is still a smell, you should have a freshener for your mouth, candy, refreshing breath, or cud, at last. Unpleasant smell can cause: salted fish, onions, garlic, spicy sauces - that's after their use and it is worth using refreshers. Although the best, of course, immediately brush your teeth.

Spirits are good when they destroy the smell, and are unbearable when they themselves become a smell. To the body smelled good, it must be clean. To make it smell better, we use perfume, toilet water and cologne. But it can turn out that the smell that you personally like, for some reason, is unpleasant to others. This is due, first of all, to the concentration of aromatic substances: even the most pleasant aroma, if it is too much, becomes obtrusive and can cause a headache. It is also important that on the skin of different people the same perfume "sounds" differently, mixing with the natural smell of the body that remains with us, even if we are just out of the bathroom. And the third, also important, moment is the quality of your spirits. Inexpensive analogues can seem very pleasant in the first 5-15 minutes of sounding and become completely unattractive when the upper, most unstable notes evaporate. If you notice a negative reaction of the environment (after all, by and large, they will form an opinion on your image in terms of attractiveness), the main thing is not to take offense. Try to change the fragrance. And certainly - use perfume in moderation and try not to save on them. Here, as nowhere, the principle "is better less, yes it is better" is justified.
